​Family issues can be unpleasant and stressful times for everyone.  When family issues enter the Courtroom you need an understanding and knowledgeable attorney to help you navigate the rules.  It is difficult to understand that when the court steps into the family --your children, your safety, and your financial security can be controlled by the Judge. The number one concern is always the safety of the client and children, both physically and financially.  Mr. Francis recognizes this difficult time and works with the client to understand what is happening and to help navigate this emotional and economic challenging time.
